Delivery policy
Personal Touch Weddings will deliver all goods and services on day of wedding / event or the day before wedding / event with prior arrangement with hotel /venue.

Cancellation policy
Deposits paid to Personal Touch Weddings for services and goods are non refundable after 30 days of card transaction only

Refund policy
All refunds awarded by Personal Touch Weddings before 30 days will be processed after the 30 days and before 60 days.

Privacy policy
Personal Touch Weddings will not store any client information or financial details i.e. credit or debit card numbers.
